Frozen hair

Seriously. While I was walking to school this morning I noticed that my hair ends are frosty from the breath from my nose that freezes. It was -13C degrees or so, which is not THAT cold. I mean, there were times when the temperatures were even lower, and yet this is the first time when my hair freezes.
