Many of you probably have no idea what Banitsa is, so there you go the Wikipedia article.
It's one of my favourite things to eat from the Bulgarian cuisine. It's easy and fast to make, works great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in-between.
I have to admit that this is my first try to make it [outside Bulgaria], but luckily it was a success.
