April spring report: snowfalls

After few weeks of sunny, though cold weather, most of the ice covering the cycling paths managed to melt. Just when we thought that spring might be finally coming, we woke up today to see the landscape covered in white. I guess we won't be having green for another month or so. 

Canon 40mm pancake lens photos

Kalle got recently the new 40mm "pancake" lens from Canon. I can't really describe the huge surprise we both had after seeing the first shots done with it. Sure, high quality was in mind, but the small lens, looking bit like the body cap of 5d mkII really jumped above expectations.
